Ground flaxseed weight loss drink
You can make your own flaxseed weight loss drink by grinding flaxseeds, or you can buy pre-ground flaxseeds. This drink can boost your metabolism, help you feel full longer, and improve your digestion.
To make this drink, you will need:
1 teaspoon freshly ground flax seeds (you can grind the seeds in advance and refrigerate them) 1 slice of lemon 6 to 8 ounces of hot water
Combine the ground flax seeds with the hot water and stir well. Add the lemon wedge to your glass and give it a squeeze for some flavor and a vitamin C boost. You can drink this once a day while trying to lose weight.
Chia, flaxseed, and apple for weight loss: flaxseed with apple
One chopped apple, one tablespoon of ground flax seeds, one tablespoon of honey, one cup of water
Be sure to use spring water or steam-distilled water, and use organic ingredients if possible. The touch of honey in this recipe adds a hint of sweetness to the apple and seed mixture. Some people, who don't normally add any sweetener to a beverage, may find that the apple makes the drink sweet enough for them and that adding honey isn't necessary.
