Quark Bundt cake with vanilla pudding baked in the oven for 10 minutes

Simply mix all the ingredients for the quark filling together.

Now, for the cake batter, beat the whole eggs and sugar until foamy.

Then gradually add the oil and milk, and finally carefully fold in the flour mixed with the cocoa powder and baking powder.
... Now, layer the dough in a greased and floured baking pan, then add half of the quark filling, another layer of dough, the remaining filling, and finally the remaining dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (410°F) for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C (325°F) and bake for another 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
